Cotton Tree Lodge

Cotton Tree lodge has gorgeous cabanas built in local wood and situated well above the ground nestled in wild fig trees. The cabanas are built to a high standard with bay thatched roofs, beautiful decks and hammocks overlooking the river. There is a bar and restaurant that caters for all needs. The food is excellent! Hickatee Cottages

Hickatee Cottages are situated about 1 mile from Punta Gorda town. The resort is in a beautiful setting nestled in the Belizean jungle. Hickatee is run by Ian and Kate an English couple who moved to Belize 15 years ago! The cottages are beautifully decorated in local wood with gorgeous verandahs where guests can chill out in hammocks. There is a bar and restaurant, the restaurant is of a high standard and is one of the best places to eat in Punta Gorda. There is a spa pool where guests can cool off while sunbathing.
