> 1. Reservation process and pre-departure communication
>
> It was very convenient to have you book for me, Tropic Air was simple to use and St. Charles was a great place to stay. You emailed me often and I felt confident that everything was going to work out.
>
> 2. Accommodation
>
> St. Charles was a great place to stay, as well as the Black Pearl Inn, was very clean and easy to get to in town. The island was fun to stay on, seemed almost like a survivor-type experience.
>
> 3. Meals
>
> The food was one of the best parts of the week! The meals were very delicious and cooked well, shout out for the conch soup!
>
> 4. Conservation training
>
> We didn’t get too much of the conservation part, we were doing training dives mostly, but Polly gave a great presentation for ReefCi’s mission. We also had a chance to spear some lionfish which was so much fun! Most of the week our conversations were about the reef’s struggles and it was great speaking with Roland about the fishing and decline in game fish.
>
> 5. Dive training (please specify which courses you took, if any)
>
>Simon lead me in the full open water course, he was thorough and instructed very well. I felt confident in the water and I learned so much about diving.
>
> 6. Diving/Snorkeling
>
>The snorkeling was great, around Tom Owens there are some really amazing corals. We had a chance to dive some cool sites too and see very exciting creatures such as eagle rays! The night dive was also very exciting.
>
> 7. The ReefCI team
>
> The team is awesome! Everyone is very friendly and love to talk about their missions. They are all passionate about conservation and appreciate meeting new people and showing them an amazing week. Thank you all so much!
>
> 8. What did you like best about your time with ReefCI? Why?
>
> I really liked the opportunity to learn and experience new things in a fun and safe place. I felt that I could be excited and ask hundreds of questions and everyone was eager to answer them for me without feeling intimidated or annoyed. I supported the conservation mission as well as made new friends that I hope to see again.

> 9. What could use improvement?
