“So much more than just a month in the Sun”

If you’re a diver, you know that there are plenty of places you can go dive on vacation. There are plenty of places you can go for dive training. And there are definitely a few places where you can do and do dive conservation work. But in all my travels and all the internet searching I’ve done for dive locations, I have NEVER found a place like ReefCI.
ReefCI has many great attributes, but the thing that makes it such a unique place is the way they combine dive training, conservation work, and of course vacation. It’s the perfect mix of learning, great diving, and relaxation.
The staff is extraordinarily friendly and professional. Everyone, from the founder Polly to the divemaster intern Harri, will go out of their way to make sure you have the best trip possible and make sure that you accomplish any goals you go down to Belize with. If you say you just want a relaxing vacation, they’ll make it happen. If you say you want to do your divemaster training in just three weeks (like I did), they’ll make it happen. If you say you want to do marine conservation work, they’ll make it happen. But most importantly, if you say you want a combination of all three, then you’ve definitely come to the right place.
The island is beautiful and remote. The food is amazing (and there’s a lot of it). And the country of Belize is a friendly and vibrant place. I’ve logged more than 70 dives with ReefCI off Tom Owen’s Cay and the surrounding reef, and I can’t wait to log more with them.
